How we work

Four steps, and you're kept in the loop at every one.

A build is a big thing to trust someone with. Here's exactly how a project runs with Buckhurst Construction — who does what at each stage, and what you get back — so there are no unknowns before you pick up the phone.

01

Site visit and a proper conversation

William comes out to see the property, understands what you're picturing, and talks through what's realistic — the layout, the structure, and how a job like yours tends to run. There's no charge for the first visit.

What you get at this stage

A no-charge visit, an honest view of what your project involves, and a realistic sense of how it will run.

02

A clear quote and scope

You get a written quote setting out the work and what it covers, so you know what's included before anything starts. Where a project needs drawings, structural calculations or building control, we tell you what's involved up front.

What you get at this stage

A written quote and scope you can keep — what the work covers, before anything starts.

03

Built, with daily updates

Once we're underway, you're kept in the loop on progress, plans and timeframes as the job runs — the thing our clients mention most. William is on site and hands-on throughout, keeping the standard consistent.

What you get at this stage

A build run on site by William, with daily updates on plans, progress and timeframes throughout.

04

Snagging and handover

We don't call a job done until it's done. We walk the finished work with you, put right anything on the snag list, and hand back a space finished to the detail our reviews describe as second to none.

What you get at this stage

A snagging walk-round, anything on the list put right, and a space finished to a standard reviewers call second to none.
