Opening up the space you have
Removing a load-bearing wall to open a kitchen into a dining or living space is one of the most common — and most structural — renovation jobs. We handle it properly: the steel or beam sized and installed, the load transferred safely, and the making-good so clean you'd never know the wall was there.
